By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you book a call, fill out a form, or contact us, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any details you choose to share about your gym or goals.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, which may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Scheduling information
We use Calendly to schedule calls. When you book through the embedded scheduler, the information you enter is processed by Calendly on our behalf and is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, scheduling, hosting, email, and analytics providers), bound by obligations to protect your information;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ascenor, our clients, or others; and
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. Third-party tools embedded on the Site — including Calendly (scheduling) and Google Fonts (typography) — may also set cookies or receive technical data. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some features, such as the scheduling widget.
We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals as described in Section 6.
5. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
6. Your Privacy Rights
